We build companies that document their work, publish their prices, pay their people properly, and let the customer decide. Three of them so far, and one rulebook they all answer to.
Each one does a different job, and each one is separately run, separately booked and separately accountable. You are never handed from one to another without being told, and never without a choice.
Subscription home maintenance. Scheduled visits, documented findings, a Home Health Score, and the decisions left with you.
Small jobs done properly. The original company, twenty five years of work behind it, still the one that answers when something needs doing today.
Licensed repair and remodel work. In formation now, opening when its Arizona contractor license issues, and not before.
Our position is not complicated. Pay people fairly and they do better work. Document the work and the customer can check it. Publish the prices and nobody has to negotiate from ignorance.
That only holds if it is enforced from above, so the rulebook lives here at the parent company rather than inside any one division. Every company under this roof answers to the same four rules.
If it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Photographs, findings and decisions, kept where the customer can reach them.
Prices are published and totals show their arithmetic. No figure appears without the sum that produced it.
Fair pay and real hours for the people doing the work. Fair prices for the people paying for it.
We will tell you what we would do. We will never make it hard for you to do something else.
The checklists, the pricing policy and the quality scorecard are published so anyone can inspect them. A standard nobody can audit is a slogan.
